yeah you definitely need to eat/drink healthy when you’re breastfeeding. but why are you giving your baby formula and ****** milk? you should probably just pick one and stick with it. you know you can pump and freeze your ****** milk right?

How do you know its diarrhea. Babies who breastfeed have yellow **** and its watery. Babies who breastfeed don’t really have tummy problems. If any thing formula would mave them constapated

The problem might be due to you mixing ****** milk with formula. Babies can get colicky and gassy from that or the canned formula. Personally by experience I wish I could have breastfed my kids, so I would keep doing that as long as you can without the canned. Try pumping your ******* for the milk and storing it. Much more healthier.

what formula is it?
for my baby she ended up with insane amounts of gas between tounge tie and being soy and milk intolerant plus diarrhea. it got so bad at one point he belly button herniated from all the pressure.
I removed milk from my diet as well as other gas producing items like broccoli and onions. tried the gentlease enfmil that helped for a bit but eventually that bugged her to. so switched to soy. same thing right away. so we switched to nurtamagin the hypo allergenic formula no issues there. until she started solids then she became constipated.
“Then there is non-allergic type cow milk protein intolerance. While children with this problem have digestive tract symptoms – vomiting, diarrhea, and cramps – they don’t get the hives and respiratory symptoms. This type of intolerance is an intolerance to the protein in the milk, and gets worse as the amount of cow milk in the diet is increased. These children generally do very well and will be able to tolerate a reasonable amount of milk protein in the diet as they get older.”
also keep in mind often when they have an intolerance to milk they will to soy as well. not always but it’s very common. not to mention all the plant estrogen and the fact most if not all soy formulas are genetically modified soy unless they are organic and state they are not gmo they will be….

Do you need to give her formula aswell? That can interfere with your breastfeeding, as it is supply and demand. Your diet can have an impact on your baby. As for diarrhea, baby poo should be loose, as long as it isn’t green, it is normal. My opinion would be to give the formula up.

No, 2 cups of soda and watermelon would not cause this. It’s highly likely her system is upset from switching back and forth between ****** milk and formula. I’d recommend quitting the formula and nursing on demand. Your ******* will make enough milk for her, and it’s much easier for her belly to digest.
